Who can use Nearby

You must be 18 or over and in the United Kingdom. One account per person.

Your posts

You own what you write. By posting, you let us show it to people nearby and store it to run the service. You're responsible for what you post, including anonymous posts: anonymous to other users is not anonymous to us or to the law.

Following the rules

You agree to follow the Community rules. We can hide or remove content and suspend accounts that break them, and we'll co-operate with the police where the law requires it.

The service

Nearby is provided as it is. We'll try to keep it running and safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or that everything people post is accurate.

Leaving

You can delete your account at any time from the Me tab. That erases your posts, replies and votes immediately.

Changes and law

We'll tell you in the app before these terms change in a way that matters. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
